Orders made within Ireland are delivered in 2-4 working days. All orders will be processed on the day of their receipt unless submitted after 17:00 (GMT). Your order will be delivered by DPD who offer a prompt and reliable service. If your order is placed over the weekend or on a bank holiday, it will be dispatched the following working day.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and other related circumstances, delivery times on placed orders may vary on occasion. We would like to apologise in advance should any such delays occur.
Some of the products may have extended delivery time as they are only produced for our customers whenever an order is placed or if the product is out of stock. All product descriptions include a note about extended delivery time if applicable.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please return the item(s) to us in their original condition in the original box within 14 days of their receipt. The product(s) must not be damaged or used.
To organize returns, please contact us by email at email@example.com quoting your order number along with your name, address and the details of the product. Our customer service team will issue a return slip and full refund (excluding the delivery cost) on receipt of the item(s) or exchange the item(s) if preferred.
Please note that the item is your responsibility until it reaches PMU Shop. The cost of having the item returned to us is your liability. When you place your order and avail of free delivery according to our T&Cs we will not charge you for the shipping cost. If you decide to send the full order back to us we will not charge you for the initial shipping cost (you only have to cover the cost of returning product(s) to us) but if you decide to send only some of the items of your original order to us we will charge you for initial shipping cost (our T&Cs).

If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number, name, address, and the details of the product. Please state whether you require a refund or a product replacement. Our customer service team will arrange for the wrong item to be picked up.
All goods supplied by the company are warranted free from defects for 14 days from the date of supply. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. If you wish to return the goods because the goods are defective you may do this within 14 days of delivery by contacting our customer service team at email@example.com. We will advise you on how to do this. You may specify whether you require a refund or a replacement. Please refer to our returns policy. We will examine the potentially defective returned goods and contact you. Where you have asked for a refund we will notify you whether or not it meets the criteria set out by our returns policy. We will endeavour to process the delivery of a replacement or the refund due to you as soon as possible and, usually within 2 days of us confirming that you were entitled to a refund or replacement for the goods.
